Khoros: Community Works

The Challenge: Khoros provides sophisticated software for digital engagement, but community management can often feel abstract and technical. They needed a campaign for Khoros Communities — a tool for peer-to-peer forums and branded help centers — that moved beyond the software’s backend to highlight the vibrant, human connections the platform enables.

The Solution: I developed a visual direction that combined character illustration with abstracted product UI. By weaving human figures directly into the software interface, the creative showcased the seamless, connected experience of a Khoros Community.
